WTF OMFG... he may be a goddamn french or some jamaican or trinidad and tobagan... lolz..like you read he talk abt e shit can noe like tt.. anyway.. 1 wrote 3 pts 4 tt qns.. 4 3rd pt i wrote "however, the source may be from a british cartoonist as the source is in Britian's language. this is shown by the source being in english. From my contextual knowledge, i know that English is the main language of Britian and that Russia is of a mixed population and very little people know the english language. Thus, the cartoonist by writing in english is more likely to be british thanRussian...lolz..
